How to make them feel matters at spendpi! This role includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, product, exhibitions and more.

You will ensure:

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
  • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

A bit about you:

  • A solid portfolio demonstrating both attractive work and the rationale to explain design choices
  • Minimum of 3 years of design experience
  • Significant experience with Adobe software, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Familiarity with Sketch/Figma and other visual design software

Spendpi believes User Experience (UX) is the key to product success. We are looking for a user experience (UX) designer able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. The UX designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.

You will ensure:

  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products
  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
  • Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas

A bit about you:

  • Three or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments
  • Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
  • Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision
  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications
  • Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval
  • Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design
  • Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies

We are looking for an experienced and talented UI designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, UX designers, and copywriters. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.

You will ensure:

  • Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters, and UX designers
  • Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods
  • Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
  • Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards

A bit about you:

  • Three or more years of experience and proven track record
  • Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview
  • Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
  • Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, Quartz
  • Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript
  • Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset
